SP2127-II bench lathe machine is widely used conventional lathe machine. This model is designed by our engineer, it could cover all function of bigger lathe till 300mm swing over bed. Features or advantage of lathe machine are as below:
1.A miniature lathe used for all types of cutting. Can be used to turning cylindrical, face, drilling, boring and turning thread. Processing of precision parts, the sample processing and processing of the model can also be used.
2.Widely used, simple to operate, and a wide range of processing. After high frequency quenching process and precision grinding of high-quality cast iron bed.
3.Chuck guard is with automatic power off.
4.Brushless motor is available.
5.Metal gears type with 12 speeds sequential or variable speed type with digital readout or belt drive type low noise high efficiency.
6.The bed width of this manual lathe machine is 150mm.
7.Power supply could be customized 110v/220v/380V.
8.All machines have to pass the checklist of the machine precision before shipment
